Not difficult at all. I got the 7 badge package from Amazon for front, rear, wheel caps and steering wheel. Took less than an hour. For front and rear, use high test fishing line and start with a hair dryer to get the glue softened up. Then some Goo Gone to clean up the remaining residue.

Quick update: kia-gpsmap.us just updated their page to $199 now for the new v12 software just released today.
