Lexus still builds the car to beat if you’re talking about cushy front-wheel drive sedans. Wishing Kia the best with the upcoming K900 full-size rear-wheel drive luxury sedan, until then we would respectfully spend our dollars elsewhere.

I bought a 2017 Cadenza SXL Limited in October of 2019 with 23000 miles on the clock to replace my leased 2015 Genesis sedan. I paid $23k for a Kia CPO car that was first titled in May 2018, so I had 3.5 years and 37000 miles of Kia's bumper-to-bumper warranty left, and 8.5 years and 77k miles of powertrain warranty.

Although the car doesn't turn heads like the Genesis did, it's more spacious and a little more comfortable, is a great road trip car, and is almost as well equipped as the Genesis.

Alex on Autosis, IMHO, the best car reviewer on YouTube, and he has lots of good things to say about the Cadenza v. the Lexus ES350 here:
For a short version, forward to 19:00.

Al this for $10-15000 less than the Lexus.
