Default Wards Auto K900 First Drive

Wards had some seat time in a K900 and came away with the opinion that it shows promise. One really cool quip from the article relating to the v6:

Quote:
ardsAuto tested only the K900 with Hyundai/Kia’s Lambda 3.8L DI V-6, already used in the Hyundai Genesis.

Engineers reworked the mill for the K900 application, upping torque but lowering horsepower from 333 to 311, noting few drivers spend much time in the upper-rpm band anyway.
BUTm wards does say that freeway passing with the V6 is a life threatening move the K900 V6 has scant midrange. The problem is that peak kicks in at 5,000 RPM.

On the interior:

Quote:
The K900’s cabin is one of the quietest you’ll find, and its interior design is unique to the segment.

Same here, they seem to follow the same idea.
Kia is becoming like the big brands using the same idea over and over and having a "mini" of something

yea I've never been a fan of that all models look the same. I used to love BMW when they had the bangle butt just because 3,5 and 7 we're all distinct automobiles...

Too bad those days are long gone, it seems like every manufacture is doing this, just some of them keep it slightly different from model to model

Have you spoke to your dealer about when you'll be able to test drive one might be getting?
