Yep, my '16 Sedona had the issue. It mostly worked fine, but about 10% of the time the left signal wouldn't activate. Another 2% of the time it would activate the right signal when the left signal should have activated.
Right signal always worked as expected. It only affected left signal activation.
I had figured out that if I accidentally pulled the stalk toward me at all when signaling, even slightly, it was more likely to malfunction, so I had just learned to put some slight pressure when activating and it usually worked fine.
I got the warranty extension notice, took it to the dealer, and it's been working perfectly ever since.
