Interesting to hear about the warranty, Z163324. It would be a nice irony if it did pay you back the price of the car!

Grand total was $2446.50. Sadly I had to pay $1300 since Kia had a bulletin update for the condenser had to have all auxiliary parts attached replaced.

Fun fact, I bought mine for $25,000, $1,200 for a warranty. As of today, the warranty has paid out over $18,000. I hope in the next 18,000 miles left of the warranty I can get it to pay more than I did for the car lol.
$18K in repairs! WOW WOW WOW!!!’

How’s the dash leather delaminating/puckering/coming apart issue ? Has your K900 had it since I’ve posted a year ago?

It is now 7 years of ownership of my 2015 K900 VIP V8 and 85,000 miles. Still like a new car.
1. Four headlights. 2. De-laminated dash (replaced as a warranty item). 3. New battery after 5 years and still worked well. Changed as a precaution for a long trip.

When I looked at it in March or 2014 as they were taking the plastic shipping wrap off and as I read every review I could find I felt it would be a great value for the money spent. I traded a Cadillac STS V8 and $10,000 dollars for the car and I would do it again. I get the car serviced for oil changes and tires at independent stations, and have never worried about the overall operation of this fine car.

Good morning all,

This morning I was greeted by my EPB light illuminated in orange. Does anyone know how much this will cost my warranty company? LOL

Sorry to hear, Z163324. I haven't had that problem (knock on real wood trim), so I can't say what the cost might be--all I can offer is sympathy!

I've had a great experience with my K900. I bought it Feb 2019 from KIA dealer. It had 34k on it I think. Now has 50k (yea it's mostly been parked since March 2020 when I started working at home). Other than scheduled dealer servicing I have had zero repairs. OK full disclosure - left front tire replaced due to impact bubble (Dallas roads) and rear bumper replaced due to hit/run while it was parked. The only regret I have is I never get to ride in the back seat! If only I could afford a driver.

Glad you are enjoying your car, rsmartin61. Always good to hear from a satisfied owner!

And thanks for the phrase, "impact bubble." I had one too, but didn't know what to call it.

I was on a road trip recently and passed through Dallas. I saw another K900 there--only one in the whole trip. Wasn't yours, though--it was silver. So there must be two of you in the metroplex!
