I came home and put a new battery in it, it worked fine... I went back to the dealer and showed them how it works. They could not say anything.

The total for the replacement of the "Credit Card Key" cost me $612.50.

Correction, the credit card key was available on the very first K900 introduced in summer of 2014, which is when I got my 2015 K900.

Yeah, I worded that badly. I meant that for the 2016 model, it was only available on the V8 Luxury. It was also available on the 2015 Luxury. My 2015 also has a credit card key, which I use every day.
