Well, I spent a frustrating half an hour this AM trying to reset the clock. I never found a clear procedure in all those manuals, and it certainly isn't intuitive from the screen. I was looking for something like "Set clock," or "Adjust time," but there ain't no such.
Finally I figured out it's in Settings, but the clock choice is below the edge of the screen and so you have to scroll up to find it. (Not sure how this works without the touchscreen, but on it you have to make a sort of slow half-circling motion like turning a carousel counterclockwise.)
Then you have the clock menu, and there's a button for Daylight Savings. When you check that choice, the clock goes ahead an hour. Uncheck it, and it goes back an hour.
I was near posting this in the "In dispraise of" thread, but I guess it's not exactly a terrible design. It makes a certain sense once you get your head around it--it's like DST is a service you turn off or on. But it would be better to just put a knob on the clock, IMHO.
Happy Standard Time, everybody!
