I have a 2015 K900 and did the install of the emblems myself. Just follow the detailed installation instructions we have on the product description page.

Great thanks!! I'll consider it. Much like the OP, I'm a little hesitant to screw it up! lol

it look quite simple, but.... you never know i guess.

I'm tossed on the color myself.... I have a Black K9.... I'm between all black or black on chrome...
I like the blacked out look but I'm wondering because the car has so much trim how it will look. I even considered blacking out the Lettering on the back as well as considered 'de' badging the letters completely and going with the black on black... any thoughts???

Badges

I had the badging done today and the KIA recommended body shop even reduced the charge from $100 to 75. Reason given was the awesome instructions from the K5 Optima Store I downloaded and printed them in out in colour .Start to finish was about one hour . Having said all that the red badges look a tad out of place which suits me just perfectly as I know it will garner attention . My wife thinks it will drive people nuts not knowing what a K900 is and who manufacturers the car. I can hardly wait to see the expression when I tell them its a KIA ( My wife thinks I should say its a special one o fa kind BMW) Here are the pictures I am not the world's greatest photography so I will be keeping my day job I tried to get a close and a distance shot of the rear badges .I also think the wheels look very very Hot
What are your thoughts on the red with the metallic ?

Only reason I use chrome on black is it shows up better.
You should see how many people would ask about these luxury generation badges
I had them on my wife's cadenza that we traded in for the K900

Happy to hear that you were able to get them installed for the discounted amount based on the detailed instructions we have on the website. If you don't mind, take a few pictures from the little farther away so that we can see the emblems on the vehicle and also that it's a K900 and post them in our thread here on the site. I think it will help others to see what it looks like before purchasing. As of now we only have there are no K900 models with the black edition emblems.

Here is the link to that thread: K900 "Black Edition" 3.0 K Emblems

I'm happy to have my K900 be your "model" if you'd like to "sponsor" her and share it with the world on social media as well!

Unfortunately no sponsorships at this time. Just trying to provide K900 members with some images of the different colors we offer to help them make an informed decision on the color they want to go with.
