This ad by Hyundai for the their new iX35 has got to be the most insensitive ad ever.

I just saw the video. The stupidest stunt Hyundai tried to pull ever, they must of thought this would draw a lot of attention but failed horribly. The ad is a man using the ix35 to commit suicide by attaching a tub from the exhaust to the interior cabin, trying to breath in the fumes to commit. The new ix35 makes low emissions and is 100% water based so he was not harmed and fail the attempt. In north america suicide is not in any way for advertising.

surprised that idea made it this far that they released it, you'd think that someone along the line would tell them how horrible of an idea it is. so many more ways they could have shown how low emissions their vehicles are.

it was the suicide commercial, where they had a guy in his running vehicle, in his garage with the door closed......fails to kill himself because of his low emissions Hyundai LOL

Um hold on one second. To those of you accusing Hyundai of sensationalizing suicide to sell cars. They don't actually use suicide, thats the 'joke' if you will. So efficient its emissions can't even kill you.

Clever...
