I'll have to take some pics of these installed in my K900 for you guys to see. Kia designed the entire vehicle with LEDs with the exception of (2) places. The reverse lights and the trunk light bulbs.

We have the trunk light bulbs in CREE on our site here: K5 Optima Store - Kia K900 CREE Trunk Light LED Bulbs

I haven't looked , how hard is it to replace the backup lights on the K900

Very easy to do, I did mine in about 10 minutes flat! These and the trunk light bulbs are the only non LED on the car I know of.
