Default tire vibration again

K900 is back at KIA dealership, checking wheels for out of round while on the car.
First had Hankook optimo H426 tires which vibrated,
Tires were replaced by KIA.
Next tires were Hankook Ventus S1 Noble 2, They vibrated also after a 1000 miles. Replaced by KIA
I had the continental extreme contact DWS 06 tires put on. 2000 miles and vibration again bad. They told me tires are egg shaped.
Car is in so they can check if wheels are round or bolt pattern is off.
Hey on all four wheels.
Didn't want them to take my word for the vibration so had the K900 take car home for the weekend. Yes vibration.
Car has had 4 wheel alignment. no help.
Continental is replacing tires.
got to be something going on there, that they can't find.

Got the k900 back.
KIA did a road force balance.
up to 20lbs is ok.
Mine
r/f 66 lbs
l/f 70 lbs
r/r 52 lbs
l/r 58 lbs
They checked all four wheels for run out. They were all good
Replaced all four tires, road tested to 80 mph
Rode nice on the way home, no vibration I could feel.
Better yet no charge

Then what was the problem? Faulty tires or poor balancing when installed .Something seems odd to me.

Continental says they are Faulty tires, and replaced them.
They weren't right from the time they were put on, But
continental said drive them a little and see if it corrects
itself.
You can't argue with some of these, just out of school,
college kids.
Not dealerships fault they took good care of me, and
supported me through the whole thing

I am shocked and pleased that a major Tire company would easily admit fault .Nice to hear that the dealership treated you well I feel the same about mine although I have not had any major issues such as you have had with the tires . My new Goodyear Eagles are running really well. Very pleased with their performance after 1600 klms and two huge rain storms later
