Default K900 vs K9? What is the difference?

I am in the market for a V8 K900 w/ VIP package. I was curious about the following:

I was wondering if us in the states get a butchered version of the K9?
I know the cadenza is missing many features that the k7 gets in Korea. Like massage seats.

What items do we not get here in the states compared to the K9?

My recommendation is to buy the K900 with the VIP package. All the goodies and better resale in the future - rare car.

Biggest difference is the K9 (Quoris) is only offered in one style in korea.
Everything the K900 with VIP has plus 9.2 inch dual rear entertainment monitors.
Only engine is the 3.8 engine , Air suspension, and smart trunk (opens when you
stand behind car for more than 3 sec.) Has driver knee air bags.
In Korea they will start offering a diesel engine and all wheel drive.
massage seats in rear.
There are different versions offered in Russia, Kuwait, and some other countries.
